Singapore rebuts all Malaysian claims at International Court tribunal in Hamburg

Another instance of Malaysian stupidity will be displayed for all the world to see at the recent International Court tribunal in Hamburg, with legal proceedings initiated by the Malaysian government.

The case involves "international law of the sea" issues related to Singapore reclamation work at Tuas and P. Tekong which are all clearly within Singapore territorial waters. As a layman, I do not understand the Malaysian logic and thinking as to their legal decision making in this case. However, from their previous illogical actions and spurious behaviour in dealings with Singapore, it is nothing new coming from that country.

Based on the facts and my understanding of this case, I predict a tribunal judgement going in Singapore's favour in 2 weeks time. As usual, the Malaysians do not have any subtantiated claims or any legal points in their favour, and are just behaving like a bunch of morons or liars.

However to give them the benefit of the doubt, maybe the Malaysian government has a communication problem within their departments or they are just incapable of understanding or complying to international agreements or comprehending anything beyond the simplest issues. When things get too complicated, they are just too simple-minded to figure out what to do; perhaps due to having too many old and senile people in the government.

Malaysian PAS are all a "bunch of liars"
In today's newspaper report, Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir accuses the opposition PAS political party for being a "bunch of liars". Methinks that he knows best, and is probably just a pot calling the kettle black. Based on the recent negotiations with the Singapore government on water and other issues, it appears to me that most of the Malaysian government and politicians are of the same genre as the PAS. Perhaps it is just normal behaviour for this group of people in that country.

Most of the Malaysian lies, stupidity and hypocrisy is for all who are informed of the true facts to plainly see, in the newspaper and magazine advertisements regarding "their side of the story" in the water negotiations with Singapore this year (what negotiations? if only they could!).
