J, at least Gera is making an effort to make up and has started
talking to you again, albeit for you know what. I do not think her
intention is to make you pine for her, but to punish you by making
you worry or be concerned about her well-being. I believe that she
knows that you love her and is just finding ways to get back at you
by making use of that.

Do not know when I shall get the hang of the line dance steps,
especially the speed and the turning around and spins which
still makes me a little dizzy when it gets too fast.
At least I did not get a headache this time.

OK for tomorrow, regarding the suggestion on tennis and
then line-dancing afterwards. I have already posted a reply in SC.
No Chai
Won't run away. Just wants me to pine (is it correct spelling?).

She cleaned the house so nicely. Always make up with people and that is an asset.

Hope you like the line dance lesson. Although too fast (also for me) we can both strengthen by practising and you will be a very good one in no time.

Una asked if you will go to play tennis tomorrow - will you? I can accompany you maybe for an hour - then the next we can go line dancing, if you wish.

How about it?

J, see you 6pm at St Bernadette this evening.
Hope that it does not rain today (at least from about 5:30pm onwards)!
Do you think she has run away from home?
Or is it that she is working late?

She must be still really mad at you, to be avoiding you for so many days.
Hope that Gera reads the SMS that you send her.
waited and waited - no sight of Gera

er sorry for .................
Was up late for 2 nights (or mornings) in a row; this morning as well as yesterday. Did not go to bed until at least 2 or 3 am.
Therefore will go home earlier today from work, so that I can take a nap.

It has been raining every day either in the afternoons or evenings for the past several weeks here, so do not know if I shall be able to have my usual tennis game on Thursday evening or on Saturday afternoon, this week. Our regular archery shoot is off for this weekend, as most of the group cannot make it, and also the range is fully booked.

However, I plan to go for my line-dance class this Friday. Hope that the practice sessions with J. last night will help to make things easier during the class.

Two discovered gems from one of the recent "Blogs of Note" belonging to pH8 :- http://ph8.blogspot.com and located under his "Friday Quickies" section of his 6th December posting :-

This first link is really therapeutic when someone gets you really mad, and you can then create a picture with the caption words ".... is an arse" (comes with sound effects). The other link about a Chair Disaster is quite cute, I think.

pH8's article of 9th December on Trees and the Christmas season is also quite interesting and thought provoking.

Good help is hard to find nowadays.

I had to change my own light-bulbs in the office yesterday evening, and also to drill several screws into the
wall myself in order to mount a wall-clock and a new wall-mounted phone. Got someone to help install the wiring
to this phone over the weekend, but he did not do a good job, and I had to redo part of it. This same person was also supposed to install some PC software for one of the people in the office, but did not do so, therefore he has to come back tomorrow to have that done. I suppose there are pros and cons to working in a small office of 17 fulltime people and 2-3 temps. Very soon the office population may increase by another 3 or 4 staff; selection interviews are still in progress.

Will be going to J's house tonight for dinner and then to practice some new line-dance steps. Some of these new
steps that they are doing here are really difficult to remember, with all the turning around and shuffling; makes
me dizzy and start to get a head-ache after awhile from trying to do the steps and to keep up with others in the line. My opinion is that these are not "real" line-dancing steps, but are actually Social and Latin dances that they are doing in a group and sort of standing in a line. One good example is the Las Ketchup dance that I saw being done the other day, and which
those doing it were supposed to be line dancers! My idea of line-dancing is probably the Western kind, which is what line-dancing really is. That is the kind of dancing where the guys and girls dress up as cowboys and cowgirls respectively (with hats and boots) and actually have to stand in a line, and perhaps have the DJ call out the steps. Anyway, this is only my second dance lesson so far, and it will probably be several more months before I get the hang of the whole thing. Still do not see what is the fun that people find from line-dancing yet. Perhaps later on, after I can begin to do a few dances well.
